Today NorthPoint Development announced a brand-new industrial development coming to Kyle, Texas. The Kansas City-based developer and landlord has closed on 74 acres and will develop the Plum Creek Industrial Center which will provide +/-859,000 square feet of new Class A industrial space. This will be NorthPoint Development’s first project in the Austin MSA. However, based on a recent study done by Real Capital Analytics, NorthPoint has constructed more industrial square footage than any other developer nationwide in the last five years.
The Plum Creek Industrial Center will feature four state-of-the-art industrial buildings located just west of Interstate 35 at Kohlers Crossing, providing easy access to both Austin and San Antonio. The project will be developed in two phases. Construction of Phase I will consist of two buildings totaling +/-440,000 square feet.
